For the Product Development Services, we provide a quote and proceed on a Time & Materials basis.

For the Development Team Extension Services, we provide developers and teams either on a daily rate basis or monthly rate basis.

We usually charge between $50 - $60 / hour for Product Development services (depending on the exact product nature and expertise required) and between $40 - $55 hourly for the Team Extension services.

We conduct full Discovery Workshops in which we involve you and our team. During the Discovery Workshops we iron out not only the details of your product, but most importantly of your business and we then work on designing the product in a way that it realizes your business mission and value proposition.

No, you don’t pay for any kind of leave - sick leave, vacation or national holidays. You pay only for the days that the team member worked.

Yes, we provide a 1 week test period. If you don’t like the developer after this period and don’t want to work with him, you don’t pay anything.

Our team and developers are based in our office in Poland. We do however provide a local Project Manager (located in Pacific Time zone) if needed.

The time difference between Los Angeles and Poland is 9 hours.

Over the years, we have developed many effective ways to remove the impact of time difference on the cooperation quality.

First of all, we move our team’s working time to 12 pm PT. That usually gives 4 hours of direct communication window, which usually is more than enough.

We also organize the communication effectively by discussing & clearing all the potential blockers for the next few days during the communication window.

We also share the same Slack workspace and Jira board for direct and swift communication and real-time progress tracking.

Not to mention, we have carry on daily standups with your team and regular sprint planning & review calls every week.

Yes! We are able to assign a Project Manager based in Pacific Time zone, in Seattle, WA.

We assign a dedicated Team Manager who leads the onboarding. He agrees with you on the communication channels (e.g. Slack, Teams, etc.), working hours, procedures and other things.

For Product Development, we assign the full team with Project Manager / Scrum Master as your main point of contact as well as Account Manager to make sure you have the best possible experience.

For Dedicated Development teams, you will be assigned a dedicated Team Manager for the entire period of cooperation to make sure the team is in place and has everything they need. He / She will also solve all the requests you will have.

Termination period is as short as 2 weeks.

Yes, without any problem. If you want to resign from some specific team member you just let us know and we drop him from the team within 2 weeks.
